Appointment and Workshop Policies:
Deposits
Due to the unfortunate no-shows and last minute cancellations a deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be subtracted off your overall total and is absolutely non-refundable! Workshop deposits are absolutely non - refundable and only to be converted to a credit.
Rescheduling
In any instance you require to reschedule your appointment please ensure to notify our team within 24 hours prior to your appointment to be moved to another suitable date or your deposit will be forfeited.
No Shows
Any no-shows with no contact will result to your deposit instantly forfeited and potentially flagged from any future bookings. Please be aware that you are wasting a potential booking slot that someone else would have happily showed up to.
Cancellations
We understand things can happen that may affect your appointment. With this, please ensure to notify us within 24 hours so we are able to provide a store credit for any future appointment or else it will be forfeited.
Refunds
If there is any instance you are unhappy with your results please ensure to contact us as soon as possible with a clear photo of your lips or brows so we are able to rectify the issue. Refunds are not applicable for any circumstances.
Late Arrivals
If there is any case you are late to your appointment please ensure to notify our team as soon as possible so we are able to notify the next appointment. Any time you are late more that 15 minutes we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Complimentary Touch-Up
All complimentary touch ups must be booked within 6-8 weeks. It is a strict policy if your touch up is booked outside of 8 weeks it will be considered as a "colour booster" appointment and may result to an additional fee. If you decide to not proceed with a follow up appointment this does not result to any form of partial refund.
